Profile Velocity mode (pv)

This mode moves the motor only by motor velocity. A Target_Velocity is applied to the trajectory generator and generates a Velocity_demand_value.

The trajectory generator only supports linear ramp (trapezoidal profile), with separate parameters for acceleration and deceleration.
